Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, custom orders and services provided by ROAR3D Creative Designs FZ-LLC in the United Arab Emirates.

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. General Agreement

By accessing our website, purchasing our products or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form an agreement between the customer and ROAR3D Creative Designs FZ-LLC.

2. Products & Services

ROAR3D provides creative fabrication, 3D printing and related products and services. Depending on availability and project requirements, these may include:

• 3D Printing: Collectibles, models, prototypes, custom parts and other 3D printed products.

• Design & Modelling: Selected custom design, CAD modelling and digital fabrication projects.

• Reverse Engineering: Selected physical parts recreated or developed into digital models.

• Personalized Products: Customized gifts, creative products and selected branded items.

• Finishing: Post-processing, assembly and selected finishing services depending on the project.

ROAR3D may modify, discontinue or update products, services, specifications or availability where reasonably necessary.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Payment

Full payment may be required before fabrication or production begins, particularly for custom and made-to-order products.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed after the required payment has been successfully received and any necessary design or production details have been approved.

Pricing

Prices and quotations may vary depending on material, size, design complexity, finishing, quantity and other production requirements.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout or communicated when confirming a custom project.

4. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

Customer-Provided Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any designs, logos, images, files or other content submitted to ROAR3D for production.

Right to Refuse

ROAR3D reserves the right to decline projects that may infringe intellectual property rights or contain unlawful or unauthorized material.

ROAR3D Design Work

Original designs, 3D files and creative work developed by ROAR3D remain the intellectual property of ROAR3D unless ownership or usage rights are otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Production & Delivery

Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product, size, material, quantity, complexity and current production workload. Any estimated completion time provided by ROAR3D is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination and logistics provider. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Delays Outside Our Control

ROAR3D is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, supply interruptions or similar events.

6. Returns, Refunds & Quality Issues

Many ROAR3D products are custom or made to order. Once an approved custom order enters production, cancellation or return for change of mind may not be possible.

• Damaged or significantly defective products should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

• Customers may be asked to provide their order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

• Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROAR3D will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ROAR3D's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable UAE law.

8. Privacy & Customer Information

Personal information and customer design files are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Customer files and personal information will not be intentionally sold or disclosed to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

ROAR3D may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable requirements.

The version published on this website will apply from its stated effective or updated date.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which ROAR3D operates.

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be handled by the competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction in the UAE, subject to applicable law.
