Return & Refund Policy

At ROAR3D Creative Designs, many of our products are made to order or customized specifically for each customer. This return policy reflects the nature of 3D printing, custom fabrication and design services.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Due to the personalized nature of 3D printing, custom designs, fusion designing and reverse engineering, custom orders are considered final sale once production has started.

• Once a digital design has been approved and the printing or production process has begun, cancellations or returns for change of mind cannot be accepted.

• Customized resin collectibles, prototypes and engineered parts are produced specifically to the customer’s requirements and may not be suitable for restocking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.

Report Within 48 Hours

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Provide Order Details & Photos

Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or shipping damage.

Resolution

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or covered damage, ROAR3D may provide a one-time replacement in accordance with this policy.

Design, Fusion & Reverse Engineering Services

Fees for design hours, CAD modelling, fusion design and reverse engineering are non-refundable once the work has started.

Where applicable, digital previews may be provided for approval before final production or delivery so the customer can review the project before completion.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

• ROAR3D is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

• Where a return is approved for an eligible non-custom product, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Before Placing a Custom Order

Please review the product details, selected size, customization requirements and any approved design previews carefully before confirming your order. Once custom production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
